Corporate Resilience Survey

Thank you for participating in FERMA's Corporate Resilience Survey.

This survey explores the relevance of resilience as well as current practice and future ambition of the risk function / insurance manager with respect to resilience, and the diversity of priorities associated with it.

We are pleased to have McKinsey & Company as our research partner for this survey.

After our launch on 1 June, we have simplified the survey. It is now :

  • Shorter
  • All questions are optional meaning you can skip at anytime
  • The option for answering ‘’Don’t know’’ is available and we highly encourage you to mention it when it is the case
  • Completely anonymous

What you need to know before starting the survey :

  • The questionnaire takes less than 15 minutes to complete and is mobile friendly
  • No supporting document is needed to answer the questions
  • The survey will close on Friday 16 July
  • Feel free to share the survey link with your colleagues
  • A live webinar presenting the results will be organized end of September
  • A full report will be available on FERMA website by end of September

Your individual survey responses will be treated anonymously, then analysed by a dedicated team within McKinsey and within FERMA to substantiate empirically the relevance of resilience as a topic, and the role of risk and insurance management herein. The processing of your personal data in connection with this survey is based on FERMA’s legitimate interest in collecting your perspective on the survey focus and the diversity of aspects associated with it. Where you are asked to provide your contact information, the processing of that information is based on your consent to receiving a copy of the relevant survey report as well as to being contacted for follow-up research in relation to the survey focus. Your contact information will be stored for a period of a year.

Your individual responses relating to the survey focus will be de-identified and/or aggregated with the responses of other respondents prior to any information being shared with any organisation.

Thereafter, identifiable responses will be deleted, destroyed or otherwise rendered unidentifiable.

Personal data may be transferred from time to time to McKinsey subsidiaries and affiliates and their personnel across our global organization, as well as to our third-party service providers located throughout the world, including in countries where the local law may grant you fewer rights than you have in your own country. Where required by law, we have put in place legal mechanisms, which include EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses, that are designed to ensure appropriate data protection of your personal data that is processed by McKinsey subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers. Wherever your information is processed, McKinsey will handle it with the same care and respect for your privacy.
